The following applies to eligible staff members:
- Healthcare Insurance: Staff members who maintain a 25 hour work week are offered benefits after 60 days of employment including medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance offered through Aflac, and Company Paid Life AD&D .
- Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time: Paid time off helps create a work-life balance for full-time employees. Specifics vary by position.
- Compensation: Competitive compensation and increases are reviewed for eligible employees every September.
- Bonus Program: Applicable positions are eligible for a performance bonus after 6 months of employment.

- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Apple Montessori Schools has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Guardian. The EAP program can be utilized for face-to-face counseling, telephonic counseling, bereavement, mental health, financial consultation, childcare, discounts on products and services, and more.
- Career Development: Our team supports and develops long-term career goals.
- Staff Appreciation Days: We designate several days throughout the year to celebrate our wonderful team of administrators, educators, and caregivers. These events range from breakfasts, holiday luncheons, “Fill the Fridge” with healthy treats days, employee gift bags, and more!
