    Job Requirements include:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
    • A minimum 3 years management experience; 5 years industry.
    • Capacity to understand and manage center staffing, enrollment and financials.
    • Ability to multi task and react effectively in high stress situations.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with staff effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Computer literacy.

     

    Assistant Director

    As an Assistant Director, some of your duties will include:

    Job Requirements include:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
    • A minimum 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.
    • Capacity to understand and manage center staffing, enrollment and inventory.
    • Ability to respond effectively and appropriately in different situations.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with staff effectively.

    School Secretary

    As the Secretary for an Apple Montessori School, you will be at the heart of communication for your center. You are often the smiling face at morning drop off or the warm welcome at pick up.  

    Apply now to be a part of our growing family! You will provide primary administrative support to the school Director, correspond with the Human Resources Department on all employee matters, and build relationships with existing and prospective families. 

    As a Secretary, some of your duties will include:

    • Assisting the school Director with administrative tasks such as tracking student immunization records, maintaining calendar of monthly events, and managing CRM software.
    • Booking field trips with vendors, obtaining permission slips from parents and coordinating payment and fees with corporate.
    • Conducting new hire employee orientation and on-boarding. Ensuring all appropriate documentation and paperwork is completed and forwarded to corporate in a timely manner.
    • Attending monthly secretary meeting and weekly meetings with Assistant Director/Directors.
    • Collecting receipts for school credit card and submitting to corporate with an expense report on a monthly basis.

    Job Requirements include:

    • High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.
    • Minimum one year experience in an office setting.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff and customers.
    • Computer literacy in Office Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications, and proficient in the use of office equipment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task in an office setting.

     

    Infant Room Roles

    Infant Teacher

    As an Infant Teacher at an Apple Montessori School you will guide both parents and infants on their journey through developmental milestones.  Infant Teachers provide love, support and encouragement as the infants grow and interact with their world.
